Jordan is the co-founder and director of DCS, bringing leadership, resilience, and a strong commitment to community development. Alongside his role at DCS, he serves as a dedicated recruit prison officer with the Irish Prison Service. With extensive experience managing high-stress environments and critical incidents, Jordan is known for his calm under pressure, strategic thinking, and ability to lead teams through challenging situations with confidence and clarity
Harish (Harry) Narayanan
Beneficial Owner (CLG) / Director
Harish is a co-founder of DCS and the organisation’s most highly trained team member. With a strong foundation and advanced expertise in emergency management, Harish brings both passion and precision to his role. His dedication to emergency response, hands-on training, and continuous development makes him a vital asset to DCS. Known for his calm demeanor and technical skill, Harish is deeply committed to improving outcomes in high-pressure situations and advancing standards within the voluntary sector.
Katherine Burton
Director
Katherine has been a dedicated member of DCS since 2024 and stepped into a director role in May 2025, following a year of outstanding commitment and hands-on experience. Trained in Cardiac First Response, she consistently demonstrates leadership and initiative in both training and operations. Katherine is passionate about staying sharp in the field, regularly upskilling and engaging in ongoing development to ensure she remains at the forefront of DCS. Her drive, reliability, and proactive approach make her an integral part of the DCS leadership team.

Sean Parnell
Digital Media Manager
With a deep-rooted passion for storytelling and a wealth of experience in media-related roles, Sean brings both expertise and creativity to his position as Digital Media Manager. His background spans various sectors within the media industry, equipping him with a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach to digital engagement.
Outside of his professional career, Sean is a dedicated volunteer with DCS, supporting its mission and values with genuine commitment. He holds the organization in high regard and plays an active role in helping it grow and connect with its audience through meaningful digital content.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Sean has played with his local club since childhood, fostering a strong sense of teamwork and community. His love for photography, a hobby he has been mastering for years, perfectly complements his media role—allowing him to capture powerful moments that tell impactful stories.
Fionna
Assistant Garda Vetting Officer
Fionna serves as the Assistant Garda Vetting Officer at Dublin Community Support, where she brings diligence, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility to her role. She takes the vetting process seriously, ensuring every application is handled with the highest level of care and caution to maintain the trust and safety that DCS is built on.
Beyond her administrative duties, Fionna is also a hands-on volunteer who actively supports DCS operations on the ground. Whether it’s working directly with those in need or assisting at events, she brings the same level of commitment and compassion to every aspect of her involvement.
Her dual role reflects her dedication to both the behind-the-scenes and front-line work that makes a real difference in the community.
